Our Reunion plans are complete. The forms are available by clicking the below hyperlinks. We are looking forward to a great turnout. Of special note: we are asking that if you are planning on attending that you reserve your room asap. By doing this we are able to get a handle on the number of additional rooms we need to add to our contract with the hotel. No deposit is needed to reserve the room only a credit card number to reserve the rooms.

Update 10.22.11

 

On the reunion front nearly all arrangements are completed for Operation Reno #2. The dates are as planned Wednesday May 2 through Saturday May 5

The event agenda is a Wednesday evening reception and welcome for all.

On Thursday we will have a dinner cruise on Lake Tahoe. We will take charter buss's

Friday (tentative) Business Meeting

Saturday evening - Banquet

We will have a large suite for gathering etc.

The room rates of $65 Sunday - Thursday, Friday and Saturday will be $129 for the Deluxe Tower.

Hello all. We are pleased to announce we have finalized our contract with the Atlantis Casino Resort Hotel, Reno NV. Our upcoming reunion is set for Wednesday May 2 through Saturday May 5, 2012. Check in Wednesday Check Out Sunday. Work continues on our events that we are planning. During our last reunion in Reno 2004 we went on a Lake Tahoe evening dinner cruise and everyone really enjoyed it. This cruise has again been suggested by members and we are working on it. Other events are also in the planning stages. The complete agenda should be available in a couple of weeks.

For now we want to inform the room rates of $65 Sunday - Thursday, Friday and Saturday will be $129 for the Deluxe Tower. Both are double occupancy, extra person(s) slightly more.
